Given is a diagram illustrating the process of how to produce instant noodles, which consist of eight steps from storing flour to labelling and sealing.
First of all, the whole process will begin with laying in flours, which is transported to storage silos by trucks. Then, these flours will be poured into the mixer by series of pipes. Meanwhile, oil and water will be add into the mixer in pre-designed proportion and mixed with the previously added flour to form doughs.
Afterwards, rollers will stretch these doughs to turn it into dough sheets, which are thinner and larger than before. Moreover, there is a machine with a row of cutting blades, which is used for cutting these dough sheets into dough strips. Futhermore, at the end of this device, these dough strips will be transferred into noodles discs.
Next to it, a device used for deep frying is waiting for these discs. After deep frying, these fried noodles discs will dehydrate and put into prepared cups with dehydrated vegetables and spices.
At last, these cups will he attached with lables and transported to market after sealing.
To sum up, I have to admit it’s a quite complicated process.
